Much like the reward schemes you’ll be used to, we’re giving you the chance to earn turtl points on every purchase you make online with us.

We’re starting with a simple system, and you don’t need an account to start earning points. They will be attributed to your email address, so please make sure you enter the same address every time you purchase if you don't have an account.

How it works

You can earn turtl points with every purchase, on your birthday and by following us on socials.

Points are automatically allocated to your account or email address.

For every £1 you spend on our website (weareturtl.com), you'll earn 5 turtl points (excludes shipping and the cost of any discount codes redeemed).

How do I use my turtl points?

When you have enough points, you can redeem them for one of our available rewards. Currently these are:

  • 300 turtl points = £5 off coupon
  • 500 turtl points = £10 off coupon
  • 1000 turtl points = £25 off coupon

1. How do I earn turtl points?

You can earn turtl points every time you make a purchase from our online store. They will be automatically added to your account or email address (if you haven’t got an account) and will continue to be accrued every time you make a purchase. Please note that turtl points can only be used to discount the cost of the items you purchase not on shipping or any discounts given.

2. How do I become a member?

Every time you purchase from us, you will earn turtl points. You can create an account, which will allow you to see your rewards. If you don't have an account, you can enter your email address and you will be sent a link which will allow you to view your balance.

3. Do I have to sign up for an account?

No, you don’t. However, having an account allows you to see all of your information in one place (order history, rewards balance, etc). If you don’t, be sure to use the same email address every time you make a purchase as this is the only way the scheme will know you’re an existing customer.

4. How can I check my points balance?

By accessing the loyalty reward programme here or through the link in the footer of the website, by signing into your account, or by clicking on the link in the reward email you've received after earning turtl points.

5. How do I opt out of the programme?

Everyone is able to earn turtl points, whether they have an account or not, and all customers will accrue points. If you do not wish to earn turtl points from future purchases, please contact us at hello@weareturl.com. There is no obligation to purchase anything as part of the loyalty reward programme, so if you earn turtl points and don’t wish to spend them, that’s no problem! You can't transfer turtl points to other people.

6. How do I redeem turtl points?

To redeem turtl points, enter your email address after following the link to the programme in the site footer (or here), or sign into your account. Here can see your balance and any available rewards.
