delivery & returns

We ship from our UK head office and aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. Orders made on a weekend or local holiday will be processed the next working day. Local holidays may affect order dispatch times.

UK returns

We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date your order is received.

There will be a £3 processing charge for returns made using our Royal Mail returns method found on our Delivery and Returns page. This will be deducted from your overall refund value. If you have received the wrong item, or your item is faulty, please contact us before making your return.

There will be no charge for orders being returned requesting an exchange.

• Our removable insoles are perforated for added breathability, made with BLOOM a harvested algae biomass. Their production has returned 9 bottles of clean water back to the world and cleaned 6 m3 of air. Not bad for such a little insole.
